Frequently asked questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify Payments and Paypal.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for it?

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit with USPS from Stella De Mare, INC to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered at your specified address, it is no longer covered. We do not require a signature for packages to be delivered.

Can I change, edit or cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)  

Can i change my shipping adress ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number and you will be able to track your package.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees. Items that are purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.
